Welcome to the home of AnnWyn Pekingese. We are very proud to introduce you to the Pekingese in our kennel. They have been bred for good health, beauty and temperament. Our puppies come from Champion lines. They have been bred to meet the CKC Canadian Standard for the Pekingese breed.
The breed originated in China over 2000 years ago. Their quiet dignity and regal manner befits their once-revered position as Imperial pets, when only members of the Chinese Imperial Court could own them (for more information visit our History page). Today, Pekingese can be found as companion dogs in homes all over the world.
Pekingese are delightful companions and possess traits that make ownership a delight.
